The Child Support Customer Service Portal is not available at the following times.

Maintenance between 4:00 AM - 6:00 AM.
Between 1:00 AM - 3:00 AM every morning, the system responds slowly.

The second or third Sunday of each month, the system will be unavailable for most of the day.
