New User Authorization Page

The “New User Authorization Page” is viewable to customers who have created a user ID and password. This page verifies your identity by using the case number and social security number. You must complete both fields on this screen and click on CONTINUE to go to the next authorization step if you would like to view your case information. If you do not have this information at this time or have entered this screen in error please click on CANCEL.

 

 10 Digit Support Case Number

 

 

·         What is its purpose? The Child Support case number is the first of two required fields that you

                     must complete in order to gain access to your case on the Child Support Customer Service Portal.

 

·         How do I use it?  Please enter your 10 digit Child Support case number that starts with a number

                    (ex: 7000000000) here.

 

 

Social Security Number

 

·         What is its purpose?  Your social security number is the second field you must complete in order to gain access to your case on the Child Support Customer Service Portal.

 

·         How do I use it?  Enter your 9 digit social security number (ex: 123456789). If you do not have a social security number you may not access the Child Support Customer Service Portal at this time.

 

Continue

 

·         What is its purpose?  Click on the Continue button when you want to continue to the next page of

                        the New User Authorization process. You must enter your case number and social security number

                        then Continue button to go to the next page.

 

 Cancel

 

·         What is its purpose?  Click the Cancel button if you have entered this page in error. When you click

                     the Cancel button, you will be taken back to the Login page.

 

 

Logout Link

 

·         What is its purpose Click the Logout link to log out of the New User Authorization process. If you click this link, you will be taken back to the Login page.
